Our polyester filled standard cover pillow inserts are meticulously manufactured in our Toronto, Canada facility, where they are filled by hand with 100% brand-new polyester fibers. We take pride in our staff's ability to fill each pillow to its ideal weight, ensuring maximum stuffing fluffiness. Each insert is carefully inspected and weighed before shipping to minimize flaws and defects. Our factory foreman oversees production to ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures.

Our standard cover polyester filled pillow and bolster inserts can also be used as outdoor pillows when paired with a waterproof pillow cover. We recommend that the insert be 1”-2” larger than your pillow cover. For covers 17” and smaller, we suggest purchasing an insert 1” larger, while for covers 18” and larger, an insert that is 2” larger is recommended. 100% Polyester Fiber Fill:

Our polyester pillow forms are generously stuffed with all-new 100% polyester fibers, processed to reach their full loft potential for maximum fluffiness. Polyester is a synthetic material that can handle getting wet without damage. Each insert is filled by hand and checked for weight and quality before shipping.

Standard Cover:

The standard cover is made from pressed 100% brand-new polyester fibers, creating a clean and durable pillow shell. These pillows can be machine washed on the “gentle” cycle and dried on low heat. For a full, fluffy pillow insert with minimal effort, add a couple of tennis balls in a dryer-safe bag to bounce around during the drying cycle.

Not sure about sizing? For covers 17 inches or less, choose an insert 1 inch larger than your cover. For covers 18 inches and larger, opt for an insert 1 to 2 inches larger. Refer to the sizing chart for more information or contact our experts for personalized advice.

All materials used are synthetic, making the inserts easy to machine wash and dry. Use gentle cycles with lukewarm water and low heat settings for optimal results. Add tennis balls to keep pillows fluffy during drying, using a protective bag or socks to minimize impacts on the inserts.
